Can I pick up Clean Moving Crates at your facility?

No.  In order for us to keep our costs low, we do not have a storefront.

 Do I need to be at home for delivery or pickup?

Yes, someone over the age of 18 must be home to insure a safe transaction of the crates. We require a signature upon delivery and pickup. However, we maintain flexible delivery and pickup schedules to accommodate your busy schedules.

Can you pick up part of my delivery but not all of it?

We do not pick up partial orders.

What if I need to keep my boxes longer?

We always call prior to your pickup date to confirm that you are finished unpacking.  We can easily extend your rental term over the phone.  You may always call us at 832-388-4262 or email us at info@cleanmovingcrates.com to request an extension of your rental term.

What if I don't need my crates for a full week?

We only rent Clean Moving Crates on a weekly basis. We may pick the crates up early if you are finished unpacking, but we do not refund for partial weeks.  If you are unsure of your rental term, reserve them for less time than you think you will need, then call to extend your rental term.

How long should I rent my crates?

Because we do not issue refunds for turning our crates in early, we encourage customers to be conservative about their rental period, and rent crates on a weekly basis.  We can easily extend the rental term each week.
